Yoga For Kids

This class is specially developed for children it includes fun games and breathing excercizes that all children enjoy. Yoga is a great after school activity! Class is followed by tea and snacks.

Parent & Child

Spend your Saturday aftenoons bonding with your children and getting the health benefits of yoga. You and your child will work as partners in some of the poses and be able to grow your own practices. Class is followed by tea and snacks.

Restorative

This class is suitable for anyone suffering from physical injuries. It is also a nice experience for the student that desires less of a challenge.

Beginner

This class is suitable for all Yoga newbies. Basic Postures and breathing exercises will set you up for a life-long yoga practice.

Intermediate / Advanced

These classes are for the seasoned Yogi / Yogini. They include meditation, advanced breathing exercises and challenging postures. We recommend this class only if you are comfortable with inversions.

Qigong

Qigong is a key element used in Chinese medicine for overall physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. It is the foundation for martial arts and Tai Chi.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. This powerful and effective form of Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini Yoga, is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly.

Yin/ Yang Yoga

This class starts out with a quick paced, Yang, body warming flow. Followed By a strengthening, calming, Yin flow where the student will hold the pose and explore the subtle movements of the body and challenges of the mind. This class was created and developed by Debbie Desmond to create absolute balance in the students physical and energy body.

Meditation Classes

The style of meditation varies depending on whose teaching it. The main purpose of meditation is to connect to the present moment. Meditation helps create a strong heart, flexible body, open mind and helps stop addictive behavior. Meditation is keyfor finding simplicity in this life.

Sweat & Surrender

This class starts with a sweaty yoga practice followed by a soothing restorative practice.
