Reiki
Reiki has been noted throughout the centuries of helping to heal and improve nearly any condition, illness or injury. Reiki unlike many modern day remedies works directly on restoring the balance on all levels and works directly on the problem and condition instead of just masking or relieving symptoms. Reiki works on all levels of oneself, the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual and because of this, Reiki can also greatly benefit in breaking unwanted habits & addictions, achieving higher levels of focus, manifesting goals and protecting from harm.
Reiki is done by channeling divine life force (chi or ki) from the universe to the recipient. The Reiki Practitioner is able to do this because they received a Reiki Attunement. The style of Reiki practiced at Namaste is very intuitive, shamanic approach, yet grounded and soothing. The sessions consist of the client lying down fully clothed & relaxed. Then the Reiki Practitioner uses a very light hands on & hands off touch in different hand positions to channel this universal healing force to the needs of the mind, body and spirit of the client. Sometimes healing songs & sounds are incorporated, use of different scents, and/ or healing stones.

Animals respond very strongly to Reiki! Reiki helps to calm your pet’s energy and make them feel more balanced. It can ease the suffering that your pet is feeling from arthritis pains or any physical injuries the vet can’t fix.
