Reiki Level 1 Workshop
Sunday, January 22nd 10am - 4pm
In this course we will learn about the healing energy of Reiki and the art of "laying of the hands." This channels the universal life force energy to return ourselves and others to a natural state of balance. After introducing Reiki and its foundations, each student will receive a Reiki attunement from Reiki Master Deborah Desmond, and learn how to practice giving Reiki to themselves and others. At the end of the workshop you will receive your Level 1 Reiki Certification.

Beginner's Total Package Series
In this six week course you will learn the basics of alignment and structure in your yoga asana practice you will also be given diet/lifestyle recommendations and an intro to meditation. New and Full Moon ceremonies include a moon based yoga class and meditation to connect to our intuition, cleanse and manifest all that is in the highest good of the earth and one's personal highest good. This course also includes a one on one Spiritual Counseling and Reiki Healing session with Deborah. Students will leave this course with a deeper understanding of the foundation of all aspects of yoga and a much healthier approach to life.
$180 We will meet for yoga practice Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm-7:30pm You can schedule your Spiritual Counseling & Reiki Session with Deborah at your connivence during the 6wk course. New Moon & Full Moon Ceremony times TBA.
Intermediate Total Package Series
*prerequisite at least one year yoga practice
Begin to experiment with more advanced asanas such as headstand and full wheel. Learn more advanced Pranayama (breath work) techniques. In this course you will begin an in depth but practical study of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. an Intro to Kriya Yoga (the way we cleanse the body) One Spiritual counseling, One Holistic Health and one Reiki session with Deborah. New and full Moon ceremonies. In this series students will also be strongly encouraged to begin participating in giving more and being an active light in their communities and among their loved ones. This course is highly recommended for people considering taking a yoga teacher training program.
$260 We will meet for yoga asana practice Mondays 6:00-8pm Wednesdays 6:7:30 You can schedule your Holistic Health, Spiritual Counseling & Reiki Session with Deborah at your connivence during the 6wk course. New Moon & Full Moon Ceremony times TBA.
* with both beginner and intermediate course you will be given a couple hours of homework each week

On this full moon in Leo we will delve into the nature of our egos, let go of unfair expectations we have of ourselves and others and learn to be even more loving. We will enjoy a Moon centered asana practice and Moon Wisdom Healing Ceremony.

New Moon Ceremony Sunday 1/22/12 5:30-7:30pm
On Our first New Moon is mysterious 2012 we will gather together for moon based yoga, wind movement meditation and purifying sweat. We will set our moon intentions for 2012 .
You are encouraged but not required to bring some fruit to share. Please bring a bathing suit, towel and candle.
